Our founder trained as an architect and saw the same work drawn and redrawn by hand on every project. We started TsquareAI in 2023 to change that with AI, and we begin where it matters most today: helping people choose the products that go into their own homes and buildings.
TsquareAI builds and operates AI applications for building-product brands, merchants and builders. Our team brings architecture, building products and software together, so the people who know how a product is installed and the people who build the application work on the same project. We also run our own subscription tool for architects and interior designers, TsquareAI for Designers (opens in a new tab).

Architecture & building products
Our architects know how products are specified, detailed and installed. They turn your range and rules into what the application can suggest, and check designs against practical building requirements. Their experience spans projects across Australia, the Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
AI & engineering
Our own engineers build the models, the software and the connections to your website, CRM and product data. They test every release against the cases your team signs off.
Delivery & support
One delivery lead takes each application from scope to sign-off. After launch you have a named contact, and the same engineers monitor, fix and improve it, under clear data, security and IP terms.
TsquareAI for Designers
Our own design tool for architects and interior designers.
What it is
An AI design tool that turns a SketchUp model, a 3D model or a sketch into rendered design options.
Who it’s for
Architects and interior designers. They sign up, start a free trial and subscribe on designers.tsquare.ai.
How it relates
It is a separate product. Visualiser, Planner and Quantities are built for product brands, merchants and builders around their own range, and scoped and quoted for each client. The designer tool’s plans don’t apply to them.

Previously evaluated and selected startups for investment at MiraclePlus (formerly YC China). Now leads product and strategy.

Principal and Design Director of AUDAA, a Sydney architecture practice working across childcare, healthcare, schools, commercial fit-out and multi-residential projects. Four decades in architecture across Australia, the Middle East and Europe, including principal roles at Kann Finch and Design Inc. (UAE).

Former Chairman and CEO of APP Corporation, and Chief Development Officer and CEO of the Defence, Social and Property sectors at Transfield Services (later Broadspectrum). Has served on the board of the Asset Management Council.
