Privacy policy
Who we are
Tsquare AI Solutions Pty Ltd (“TsquareAI”, “we”, “us”) is headquartered in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website. You can contact us about privacy at service@tsquare.ai.
What this policy covers
This policy covers our website at www.tsquare.ai and the ways you contact us through it. Applications we build and run for clients, for example on a client’s own website, have their own privacy notices and contractual arrangements, which apply to the people using them.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, company, role and anything you tell us when you email us or book a call.
Booking details: when you book a call through the scheduler on this site, the scheduling provider collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, chosen time and any answers you give, and shares them with us.
Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use it to run and secure the site.
Optional website analytics: if you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives basic website visit data and clicks on links to our booking page or email address, including page paths, campaign labels, general traffic sources, device and browser information. It uses cookies to distinguish browsers. We do not track calendar views, time selections, booking form entries or completed bookings. Our analytics events do not include your name, email address, message, booking answers or Calendly booking identifiers.
How we use it
We use personal information to reply to you, arrange and hold calls, tell you about our services when you have asked us to, run and improve this website, keep it secure and meet our legal obligations. If we send you marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell personal information.
Overseas
Our team works in Australia, China and the United States, and some of our service providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. Personal information may therefore be accessed or stored in those countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Analytics and your choices
Website analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. Declining does not prevent you from reading the website, emailing us or booking a call. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using in the footer.
We remember your privacy choice on this browser for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, we keep limited source and campaign information in session storage to connect your visit to booking-page and email-link clicks, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. Our Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 days, refreshed on activity. Withdrawing stops further website analytics and removes our analytics cookies and stored attribution on this browser; it does not erase data already received by service providers.
We do not use advertising cookies or enable Google advertising personalisation through this website. We strip query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send, omit search terms, and limit campaign parameters to short labels. We measure email-link clicks, not whether an email was actually sent.
Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. You can also manage cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
Booking with Calendly
The Calendly calendar loads automatically when you visit our booking page. Its own cookies and privacy controls are separate from your website analytics choice. You can use the calendar without allowing website analytics. Please see Calendly’s privacy notice.
Our website analytics does not monitor interactions inside Calendly or record booking completion. We do not add traffic-source or campaign labels to the calendar or its external link. Actual bookings are managed in Calendly and confirmed through its booking notifications, not our website analytics.
Security and retention
We hold personal information in our email, scheduling and business systems, provided by the service providers described above. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will assess it and notify affected people and the regulator as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing service@tsquare.ai. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
