Case studyKitchen & wardrobe manufacturer
An AI kitchen and wardrobe design tool built around the factory’s rules
A design tool where what is sold is what the factory can make.

For a kitchen and wardrobe manufacturer, we built a design tool around their real cabinets, hardware and rules, so every design sold can go straight to production.
Challenge
A design that looks right but cannot be made costs time in the factory and trust with the customer.
Products, hardware and prices change constantly, and keeping sales, costing and production in step was slow, manual work.
Solution
Designed with the real parts. Sales staff and customers design wardrobes and kitchens from the manufacturer’s product library, with sizes, clearances and combinations checked against its rules as they go.
Priced as you go. The price updates with each choice, so the conversation moves from looks to a decision.
One product master. Behind it, one product master feeds sales, costing and production, so a change is made once and flows everywhere.
A wardrobe sized to the room
Change the room
Set the width and depth of the room. The layout updates as the room changes.
Cabinets from your panels
Wardrobes are assembled from standard panels and modules, sized to the walls. A longer room turns one run into an L.
A complete layout
Every size gets a full wardrobe plan, ready for your team to check.
