Built around your business. Supported after launch.

  1. 1 / Scope

We start with one range or one workflow, and prove it on a real job. We agree the customer decision the application should support, how success will be measured and what must pass acceptance before launch, along with the products, rules and project inputs it uses and each team’s delivery responsibilities.

  2. 2 / Build

We configure it around your product range and agreed selection rules, your brand guidelines, content and website requirements, using a visualisation approach proven through live deployments.

  3. 3 / Test

We test product and visual consistency, challenging inputs, brand presentation and the browsers and devices your customers use against agreed acceptance criteria.

  4. 4 / Launch

It goes live after staging, review and sign-off by your team, with a go-live checklist, named owners and a baseline to measure from.

  5. 5 / Operate

After launch, we monitor the application, resolve issues and plan improvements with your team.

How pricing works

There’s no price list: every application is built around a different range, product rules and workflow.

Every application starts with a scoped build. Once we’ve agreed the range, the product rules, the website and any integrations, we give you a fixed quote for the build.

After launch, a monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, support, the improvements we agree, and new ideas for where AI could help next.

What moves the price: how many products and options, whether quantities or prices are included, and what it needs to connect to.

Most applications launch in 4–8 weeks from signing. Larger programs are delivered in milestones, each a working tool that creates value on its own.

Quotes for Australian clients are in AUD, with GST added where it applies.

Your data, hosted where you need it

Each application runs on cloud infrastructure with data centres around the world, and we host it in the region you need. Australian clients are hosted in Australia by default.

Your application uses your product data, and the photos, designs and enquiry details your customers choose to share, only to run the experience you’ve agreed with us. How long it’s kept and how it’s deleted are set out in your agreement.

The application can sit inside a page on your existing website or run on its own domain. Enquiries go to the inbox or system you choose.

We work through your security and procurement questions as part of scoping.

Models trained on your data, and everything your application produces, belong to you. TsquareAI owns the core platform.

Why one team

Three colleagues standing at a whiteboard covered in flow diagrams as one of them draws, with a laptop and coffee on a nearby table
One team from scope to live operation
A close view of a timber table with a printed floor plan, stone and timber material samples, a woven swatch and a harbour photograph
Designed around real products and project context
A street of houses at dusk, with dark-clad modern additions and a slatted-screen front beside period homes behind rendered walls
A visualisation approach proven through live deployments

Our architecture and building-product experience informs the product rules, project context and checks defined for each application.

Not sure where AI fits?

Most teams know AI could help but not where to start. Tell us how your business runs and we’ll show you where AI could save time or cost, from sales and estimating to operations and customer service, and what we’d do about it. There’s no charge for this, and we’ll tell you honestly when another tool or another team is the better fit.

If none of our applications fits, we design one around your workflow, scoped and quoted on its own. Our work so far is in building products and interiors, but the way we work isn’t limited to them.

For our clients, it goes further. We know your industry and your business, so we bring new ideas every year, work out solutions with your team and help move them forward inside your business. That’s part of working with us, not a separate bill. When a formal AI audit makes sense, we scope it around your business.

Questions teams ask

How is it priced?
There’s no price list: every application is built around a different range, product rules and workflow. Every application starts with a scoped build. Once we’ve agreed the range, the product rules, the website and any integrations, we give you a fixed quote for the build. After launch, a monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, support, the improvements we agree, and new ideas for where AI could help next. Quotes for Australian clients are in AUD, with GST added where it applies.
What moves the price?
How many products and options, whether quantities or prices are included, and what it needs to connect to.
How long does it take?
With one of our existing applications as the starting point, a first release usually takes 4–8 weeks from signing. Bigger programs are split into milestones of about the same length, and every milestone delivers a working tool your team can use on its own, never a half-finished part.
Where is the application hosted?
Each application runs on cloud infrastructure with data centres around the world, and we host it in the region you need. Australian clients are hosted in Australia by default.
Who owns the models and the outputs?
Any model we train on your data, and everything your application produces, is yours. TsquareAI owns the core models, engine and software, and licenses them to you to run your application.
What do we need to provide?
Your product range and agreed selection rules, brand guidelines and a website or IT contact, a project owner to coordinate feedback and approvals, and sign-off at acceptance.
Who runs it after launch?
One team from scope to live operation. After launch, we monitor the application, resolve issues and plan improvements with your team.
Can you help us work out where AI fits in our business?
Yes, even before we work together, and at no charge. We’ll show you where AI could save time or cost and what we’d do about it, even when someone else is better placed to build it. For our clients we go further, and work out the solutions with your team.
Do you only work with building-product brands?
That’s where our applications run today. We’re happy to talk with any business about where AI fits, and if none of our applications fits your workflow, we can design one around it, scoped and quoted on its own.
